Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

So..its about my newest OC,Kasumi,.of course,youre going to draw her~

Things to clarify:
 
A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

One year ago, on June 25, 2009 the world lost a great iconic figure - MICHAEL JACKSON. His signature dance moves, legendary music videos, spectacular live shows and his multiple award-winning songs immortalized him. The exceptionally  gifted singer, songwriter, dancer and entertainer was one of the most successful and influential artists of all time. A true genius.

With this Tribute Contest we want to remember and honor Michael Jackson for his lifework - his legacy to the music world. We are calling artists all around DeviantART to celebrate Michael Jackson’s life and music by entering this contest.


The Contest

Show us your love to Michael, your vision of Michael or anything related to him. Show us how you are remembering him, how you see him as an artist and human being.  Let your imagination go wild! Create an amazing piece of art in any medium. Your entry will be judged on its originality, creativity, and technique.

The contest starts today, June 25, 2010, the first anniversary of Michael's death, and ends August 29, 2010, his birthday!

Ironically, I think it is the music like Thriller that keeps his talent alive (plus, it's the #1 music video of all time!). Maybe you should have a shot at it. :)
